What is Message of Congratulation?
On the grand success of a person a message is formally or informally given to him. This message is called congratulation. There are two types of this message. They are: (i) Formal (ii) Informal We, therefore, have to pay special attention to the rules related with these two sorts.
(i) What is Formal message?

- The name and address of the person/people or organization in detail.
(ii)What is Informal message?
An informal message is sent as a personal letter with the words of congratulation to the person who has shown extra ordinary performance. So we use all rules of a personal letter.
The tips for writing a congratulation letter:
- Heading: It is written in the right-hand corner of the page. The name of the place where the letter is sent from is written with the date.
- Salutation/Greeting : It is started with Dear Capital letter ) – Dear Father, Dear Mother, Dear Uncle etc.
- Body of the letter: Start in this way:- I/we am/are extremely happy that you have shown your extraordinary performance in my congratulation and well-wishes are with you.
- Closing/ Ending: I hope you will do better than this – May God be with you! Thank You.
- Yours Sincerely: (Name without title).
- Address: Making an envelop in the left side write ‘From’ and name and address of the sender where as in the right side ‘To’ and the name and address of the recipient (M).
